Cuba Cuba Sandwicheria Glendale History

In 2011 after 10 years with Cuba Cuba Cafe & bar, we decided to open Cuba Cuba Sandwicheria in Boulder. We had been asked repeatedly by guests in Denver if we could transport this little place to Boulder.

We decided to create a more casual and simple menu that represented our cafe and made sure to bring the mojitos with it. We pump as much love into these dishes as we ever have and with Lourdes Sanchez at the helm, it it sure to make the abuela's proud.

We have recently expanded to Glendale and not only recreated the Cuban menu with all the favorites, pan con lechon, Cuban sandwich & mariquitas but have also expanded on our bar program from that of Boulder. We are offering all the house specialties from Cuba Cuba Cafe & Bar such as the pina colada and the Caipirinha and of course a selection of specialty mojitos.

We are open every day and serve lunch and dinner, and we also expanded our catering menu to accommodate all the neighboring businesses. Although there is nothing more fun than to sit behind the bar and make mojitos for happy hour for all the people I have met over the years at Cuba Cuba Cafe. And having established this new place in Glendale, I am slowly meeting a whole new crew of Cuba Cuba lovers that come in because they too want to Eat Cuban.
