CUBA CUBA SANDWICHERIA was our first sandwich shop that opened in 2011. After having CUBA CUBA Café & Bar in the Golden Triangle area of Denver since 2001 and having spent many years focused on the one location, we felt it was time to launch a new idea. The sandwicherias have the same unique Cuban soul as our first shop. We have creatively reproduced the unique & authentic flavors from CUBA CUBA & thoughtfully created a way to prepare & serve it casual & quick. We also brought over our mojito and sangria to make the experience just right.

CUBA CUBA has had its mind set on opening in Boulder for several years. We are featuring our authentic sandwiches such as the cubano, pan con bistec, pan con lechon & have added some newer items such as the Boulder cuban. Along with the sandwiches, we offer some of our basic entrees such as the picadillo, lechon, bistec palomilla & pollo a la plancha - all served with rice & beans. Most of our plates are gluten-free. We also have a designated gluten free fryer for our delicious plantains & fries.

The sandwich shop will continue with CUBA CUBA’s tradition of sharing our cuisine & culture with Boulder. We promise to deliver the true taste of Cuba as only we know how.
