It’s easy to see why Navin Dimond, president and CEO of Englewood-based developer Stonebridge Companies, wanted to build something where Colorado Boulevard meets Cherry Creek Drive South in Denver.
That’s because plenty of traffic goes by every day — between 80,000 and 150,000 cars, according to Daniel Aizenman, senior architectural designer with Stantec, which designed CitySet, the 250,000-square-foot hotel and dining district that Stonebridge Companies built there on 7.32 acres during the Great Recession.
